WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for fulfillment from the date your order was placed. Please note that shipping carriers are encountering delays with packages in transit and your order may take a little more than expected to get to you. In any case that you see carrier delays please contact the shipping company directly.

Customers are responsible for all custom taxes and duties once an order is placed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please make sure you have added the correct size and the correct shipping information before checking out as we cannot modify any orders once they are placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed.
